Ruby Kisses makes bright colors…for when you’re not in a nude mood.
As much as I love a nude lip, I am beginning to feel like I can’t find an array of bright color options likes pinks and reds, in a liquid lipstick. My favorite go-to color in Forever Matte is NY Pink. Every time I wear it, I get compliments. I really love the colors RK offers. There are bright reds that pop, as opposed to all the brick and browninsh reds I see out there.

I dot a little of this onto my lips, then I spread the color around with a lip brush – not the applicator. If I use the applicator, I get entirely too much product on my lips and it it’s a sloppy mess. We are talking about some bright color that dries fast – so you want to get the application right.
I am also currently loving NYX Suade Matte Lip Liner. I have those little vertical wrinkles around my lip line, so I have to be careful about lip liner. If they’re too soft and creamy, the liner just squishes into my lip lines, and that’s a very bad look. You’ll find plenty of neutral colors and brights to choose from with NYX. I usually have the color Soft Spoken in my makeup bag.
