Does anyone ever outgrow sparkle? No matter how old I get, I am still drawn to it!
For some reason, having sparkly eyelids is magical and fun.
Two of my favorite brands understand this…Stila and Pixi. Both offer beautiful shades of sparkly, liquid eye shadows. I feel comfortable wearing the the more natural, neutral colors on my lids. I like to apply on my actual lid, right behind my lashes. It’s enough to make my eyes pop and shine!
I don’t go near my inner corners or brow bone area with this level of sparkle. That’s just me, my eyelids are 48 years old. Sometimes sparkle just accents wrinkles, so I am careful to not use a ton of this.

But if you’re looking to save some cash, check out Pixi Liquid Fairy Lights. Pixi has a smaller selection of colors, but they are all very wearable for me. No electric blue in this bunch. I think this shade, Rose Gold, is amazing.

I’m not ready to give up the rose gold trend. I’m still here for it.
