Drugstore Dupe For MAC Strobe Cream

I use L’Oreal Magic Lumi Light Infusing Primer for a number of different things:

• My favorite way to use this mixing a little Lumi into my foundation before I apply it.  It changes any matte foundation into a dewy finish, and YOU control how dewy it is.
• Highlight cheekbones, collar bones, or whatever you want.  Wherever you apply, there will be a lovely shimmer.
• Apply all over face as a primer before applying foundation.  It gives a very dewy look.  I rarely do this, as it can be too much shimmer for my taste.
