What Makes SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Work?

Skinceuticals C E Ferulic contains 15% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 1% vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) and 0.5% ferulic acid.  When they word together in these concentrations, you get better results than when they work alone.
