1. Worn alone, like a foundation, this BB cream adds a sheer, healthy color, evening out tone without heavy coverage. It’s perfect for a daytime look. It gives a very dewy finish, you can feel the moisture in it.
2. To soften the look of a matte foundation or to add moisture to your look, use your fingertips to mix a little of YSL Top Secrets BB Cream together with your foundation before applying to your face.
3. Because it’s soooo moisturizing, I have applied it as a primer around my eyes before using concealer for my dark circles. Concealer ALWAYS works better around eyes when you’ve moisturized that area REALLY well. Plus, it gives your eye area an added hint of color to help camouflage the darkness.
4. Soften the look of cream blush and get that “lit from within” look by applying a touch of this BB over the cream blush. It makes the blush appear more natural.
5. If your skin feels dried out by midday…or by midnight, a bit of this adds moisture and refreshes your face. Skin looks glowy again. It’s not heavy enough to cake up, it’s similar to a tinted moisturizer.
6. Using a foundation with great coverage but a flat finish? Apply a little of this over your foundation and you’ve got a healthy, youthful glow. I just pat it on over foundation.
